Virtual Hosting Company is happy to announce the release of the IRC Provisioning System (IRCPS) for WHMCS Version 1.0.  IRCPS has been an ongoing project development over the course of the past six months, culminating in a fully functional automatic provisioning system for IRC and IRCd Shell Solutions Providers.  Version 1.0 has been released after three months of public betas ranging from 0.6 Beta to 0.9 Beta, which released just under a month ago.  Version 1.0 brings some amazing changes.

Previous releases have had the automatic Activation, Suspension, Unsuspension, Termination, and Change Password capabilities for the IRC and IRCd Accounts, with automatic Support Ticket Creation for ZNC related accounts.  Version 1.0 brings the ability to automatically download and compile (from the Client Area on your Billing System) Eggdrop and EnergyMech processes (for IRC Accounts) as well as Bahamut (for IRCd Accounts).  Due to the configuration of UnrealIRCd, the download and preparation can be completed automatically; however, compilation of UnrealIRCd requires user input.

Improved handling of Reporting Systems with a Package Summary, a User Summary, and a Server Summary improves overall functionality.  Our Package Summary report breaks down a list of the different Products/Services you offer utilizing IRCPS, including a count on current Active services for that Package, and a link through the Package Name directly to the configuration of the product.  The User Summary page gives a breakdown of the Client, Active Services (including the Server, Username, and Account-specific Summary/Details), and an Account Summary which outlines a full list of the IRCPS products for that Client, including Usage details.  The Server Summary breaks down a list of active services per Server configured with the IRCPS.  Included information contains the Server Name (which links directly to the server configuration page, for easy changes), a list of active services (and well as the maximum configurable as per your Server configuration page), and the Data Center.  And, of course, the recently added Configuration information for the ServerClient.  Please note: For security reasons, we do not list the MySQL Username or Password.

Version 1.0 brings changes to our Usage details, removing them from the individual product details and moving them to their own table.  The previous format, while easier to manage, was presenting some inaccurate details on the Admin Page when reviewing individual client services.  This change will automatically update when you update the Addon Module on your billing system.

We’re always looking for suggestions, comments, or concerns with the IRCPS.  If you have a suggestion, comment, concern, or would like to talk to us about developing a package for you, please contact our Pre-Sales Department.

Thank you,

-Virtual Hosting Company
