Virtual Hosting Company is proud to announce the completed updates to our Billing System Template and a new Provisioning Module for our IRC-based Clients.

New! Billing System Template Update – Over the past few weeks, our staff has been working hard at identifying problems with our user interface, specifically the way Clients see things and can manage things.  It’s taken some time, but we think we’ve found most of the issues and corrected them.  Additionally, we’ve changed the output a bit on some of our non-website accounts.  BNC Accounts will now show “BNC Account Login: username” instead of a link to username.  These changes are also in place for our IRC Shell and IRCd Shell Accounts.  We’ve also corrected some formatting issues with the Service Details pages.  It appeared to be related to some padding effects in our style sheets.  We’ve taken action, and we believe the new look will be much easier to understand.

New! Provisioning Module (IPM) – In the past, each IRC or IRCd provisioned account has required our staff to manually enter each step of the process, making it easy to miss something here or there.  With our new Integrated Provisioning Module, we’ve taken the process into a much easier to work with system.  Now, accounts provisioned as Created will automatically create and provision, including the basic details we include with each account.  Additionally, we’ve enabled the option to Automatically Suspend and Un-suspend accounts (as processed by the Billing System), Terminate Accounts (including fully removing a user from our network), and (most importantly for the end-user) Change your account Password!

Our IPM will continue to grow, adding more features and options in the future.  Keep an eye out for the changes (we’ll post them here!)
