Virtual Hosting Company is proud to announce the following updates for July 17th, 2010:

  • Services Updates
  • Site Changes
  • Metro Atlanta PC Repair Services

Services Updates

We've taken the time to expand on some of the services we were previously offering.  We've added a few Windows-based Website Hosting packages, allowing our clients the option to go with Windows instead of Linux; We've added in the SiteBuilder Packages that we've offered in the past; and we've re-organized some of the System Management packages we previously had, moving some of our services to the Metro Atlanta PC Repair services section.

Site Changes

Over time, things sometimes need to change.  This time, we've reworked a few things.

To start, we've updated the Site Navigation bar, changing "Login" to "Your Account".  It just makes more sense to allow our clients to recognize where they're going.  Additionally, it'll reduce the failed login attempts we've been getting for users not sure of what the link is really for.  Hopefully, it's clear now where it goes.

Next, we've made some changes to a few of our Information pages.  We've updated our Mission Statement, clarified some of the information on the About Us page, and re-structured the About Us page.  We hope this clarifies where we are, where we were, and where we want to be.  Hopefully, you'll want to be there with us.

Finally, we've made changes to two Policies, updating the information to match our current systems.  The Fees section in our Terms Of Service has been modified to match our existing late payment charges.  Please note: This was a minor change to clarify what happens if accounts are marked "past-due".  Existing accounts in good standing are not effected by this change.  The Payment of Fees section in our Terms Of Service was updated to reflect current Online Billing options.  Our Privacy Policy was updated to reflect the changes to our Online Billing options.

Metro Atlanta PC Repair Services

When we started back in April of 2000, we wanted to reach out and grab our customers that are closest to us.  While we started online, attracting customers across the world, we've always wanted to attrack our local customers as well.  With the economy changing the way it has, we've been able to expand our local services to provide outstanding on-site services to the Metro-Atlanta area.  We're happy to announce that we've established a system to allow us to easily accept new local clients, quickly manage invoicing for clients, and quickly respond to inquiries and support requests.  If you're in the Metro Atlanta area, and you need some assistance, check us out!
