Virtual Hosting Company's Website Hosting Solutions and Billing Portal were impacted today by a combined Power and Cooling System failure that occurred in the PhoenixNAP Data Center.  These failures today were a result of multiple storms and power system failures in the Phoenix, AZ, area, which resulted in combined brownouts within the data center as well as significantly increased temperatures in multiple rooms, impacting connectivity and multiple servers being rebooted.

While we recognize the downtime is unexpected, we've been working with our upstream providers to make sure proper cooling is in place and that these issues are prevented in the future.

As of 8 PM Eastern all servers are back online and operational, and all services are back to normal.  We will continue to monitor the servers to ensure stability as time progresses.
