How do I change my VPS's Reverse-DNS?

Changing of Reverse-DNS entries require you to submit a ticket to the Helpdesk.  Please submit the following with that ticket:

  1. IP Address requested to update
  2. Hostname requested for that IP Address

Please note: Changes to Reverse-DNS may take up to 24-hours.  Additionally, the hostname requested must resolve to the IP Address being requested for the configuration.  Prior to updating any Reverse-DNS records, our staff will verify the address resolves.
